Returns
Returns are handled via our Chinese fulfillment facility. This is the address to which returned products should be sent.

We strongly recommend contacting us first via support@duboismode.com before returning an item. This allows us to speed up the process and help prevent any mistakes.

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items back to our return address. Once we have received your return, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

Typical return shipping costs for a clothing item to Hong Kong range from USD $5.00 to USD $12.00, depending on the courier and package size. These costs are not reimbursed.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a full refund if it meets our return conditions. Return shipping costs are not refunded. This structure allows us to maintain fair prices for all our customers.

Cancelling or Changing Your Order

We understand that sometimes plans change — and that’s perfectly okay. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed by our warehouse team.

Once your order enters the processing stage, it is prepared for shipment and can no longer be altered or cancelled. At that point, it will be shipped to you as originally placed.

If your order has already been dispatched, you can still return it after delivery following our Return Policy guidelines.

To request a cancellation or change, please contact our customer service as soon as possible with your order number and details. We’ll do our best to assist you quickly before your order is finalized.

Exchanges
Exchanges are possible in situations such as receiving the wrong size or an incorrect item. Please email support@duboismode.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will assist you as soon as possible.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds after the 30-day period.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
After inspection, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or denied. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Taxes:

Taxes (GST/HST and any applicable provincial taxes such as PST/QST) are included in the displayed price and in any refunds issued. You will be refunded the full amount you paid, including all taxes.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, a gift card will be issued for the value of the returned product.

Shipping Returns
Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility. For items valued over USD $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
