At Dubois Mode, we are committed to fast and reliable shipping within the United States. As a growing brand, we focus on delivering excellent service with care, transparency, and attention to every order.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery process consists of two phases:
Processing Time:
Orders are reviewed, approved, and packed within 0–1 business days after being placed. Once ready, your package is prepared for shipping.
Shipping Time:
Once collected by our logistics partner, the average shipping times are:

United States: 2–5 business days
Please note: These are standard delivery times and do not include potential customs clearance delays. During high-traffic seasons (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday), delivery may take slightly longer.
Total Estimated Delivery Time to United States:
2 to 6 business days (processing + shipping)
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 19:00 (GMT -04:00 Toronto) on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 19:00 will be processed the next business day.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping within United States. This includes insurance for loss, theft, or damage during transit.
Where is my package?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code. You can use this code to follow your shipment via our website or the courier’s tracking portal.
My tracking code is not working, what now?
Tracking information may take up to 2 business days to become active after shipment. Thank you for your patience. If there are still no updates after that time, feel free to contact us.
Multiple shipments:
For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels. You will receive separate tracking codes where applicable.
Delivery partners:
We currently ship with trusted delivery partners such as DHL, Purolator, FedEx, UPS.
Signature on delivery:
Some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe and confirmed receipt.
International shipping:
We currently only ship within United States. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
Taxes & Duties:
All orders shipped within United States have all applicable taxes included in the prices displayed (GST/HST and any provincial sales taxes such as PST/QST). No additional taxes will be added at checkout.
Delivery delays:
Delays may occasionally occur due to postal disruptions, customs inspections, weather events, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
